300 bank employees AI-skilled in 4 months
How a bank for the public sector developed organization-wide AI skills with a rolling training calendar and parallel cohorts.

How do you train 300+ bank employees without disrupting work?
BNG Bank, the bank for governments and institutions in the public sector, wanted to develop AI skills broadly across the organization. The challenge: how do you implement a training program for hundreds of employees while daily banking work continues?
With a diverse workforce, from financial analysts to client advisors, a one-size-fits-all approach wasn't an option. BNG Bank sought a scalable solution with flexibility for individual schedules.
Rolling training calendar
Instead of one large rollout, we chose a rolling calendar with weekly start dates. Employees sign up whenever it suits them.
Weekly start dates
No waiting time, get started when it fits
Groups of 12-15
Optimal group size for interaction and personal attention
Parallel cohorts
Multiple groups simultaneously for rapid scaling
Monthly capacity
Throughout the month: AI literacy training via online platform

AI Readiness Report
During the workshops we collected hundreds of inputs from participants: what they struggle with, what they want to achieve, and where AI can help them. We process this into a report with concrete recommendations.
Based on 1,000+ participants
