Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about our courses, the AI Skills Program, and in-company training.

About the courses

What does the Microsoft Copilot training cover?

Our Microsoft Copilot training teaches you effective prompting, how to speed up workflows with AI, and how to use Copilot in your daily work. You'll learn to work with context documents, build AI assistants, and automate processes. Everything's hands-on: you work with your own documents.

How much does Microsoft Copilot training cost?

The AI literacy e-learning costs €49 per person. Workshops are priced per group: the Copilot Fundamentals course is €3,650, specializations €2,450. For the complete AI Skills Program, we'll put together a tailored quote.

How long does a course take?

It varies. The e-learning takes 1 hour, the Fundamentals course 7 hours (two half-days), and specializations 3 to 4 hours. With the AI Skills Program, you cover all modules across 5 weeks.

Where do courses take place?

On-site at your organization, online, or hybrid. The e-learning is self-paced. For in-company training, we come to you.

How many participants can join a session?

Our courses accommodate groups of 8 to 20. For larger groups, we run parallel sessions with multiple trainers. We regularly train teams of 10 to 1,000+ people.

Do you offer courses in English?

Yes, all our courses are available in both Dutch and English.

Is prior knowledge required?

No. The program starts from scratch with e-learning on AI fundamentals and the EU AI Act. Each step builds on the previous one, so everyone can join at their own level.

AI Skills Program

What is the AI Skills Program?

A structured 16-hour program spread across roughly 5 weeks. Your team learns to understand AI, prompt effectively, and organize context, going from zero to confident daily use.

What's the difference between the Program and individual courses?

The AI Skills Program is the complete 5-week pathway: all modules plus certification. Individual courses are 1-2 day modules you can book separately, ideal if you want to develop a specific skill.

Can I upgrade from an individual course to the full Program later?

Yes. We'll credit previously completed modules toward the Program.

Does it comply with the EU AI Act?

Step 1 covers risk classification, responsible use, and compliance. It's the first step toward EU AI Act readiness for your organization.

Can the program be customized by role?

Yes. During the initial meeting, we map out roles and responsibilities. Typically 100% completes the fundamentals, about 50% the workflow module, and about 20% the knowledge base module. Examples are tailored to your sector.

What do participants receive when they finish?

Personal prompts and context documents, an optional AI skills certificate with scores per skill, and a working AI setup they can use right away in their daily work.

In-company

Are your courses available in-company?

Yes, all our courses are available in-company. We train teams of 10 to 1,000+ people, on-site or online. We tailor the program to your organization, with examples drawn from your own workplace.

How many participants do we need for in-company training?

In-company makes sense from about 45 participants. For larger groups, we run multiple cohorts in parallel without disrupting day-to-day work.

How many people can you train per month?

With our standard approach, we train 50 to 300 people per month. We run multiple cohorts in parallel, so participants can join when it suits them.

How much does in-company AI training cost?

Pricing depends on group size and the modules you choose. From 45 participants, in-company is often more cost-effective than open enrollment. Get in touch for a tailored quote.

Can you tailor courses to our sector?

Yes, we customize all examples, exercises, and use cases for your sector and workflows. Participants work with real scenarios from their own workplace.

Is train-the-trainer available?

Yes. We offer train-the-trainer programs for organizations that want to build internal capacity. Your trainers learn to deliver our methodology and materials themselves.

How do you measure results?

Through the optional AI Readiness Report: we measure AI proficiency, barriers, and maturity per team. Afterwards, your organization receives concrete recommendations for next steps.

Practical

How quickly can you get started?

The AI literacy e-learning can go live within 1 week. For workshops, it depends on availability, usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

Can you deliver on-site?

Yes, we deliver courses both on-site and online. For advanced workshops, we prefer in-person sessions.

Can you train remote or hybrid teams?

Yes. Online sessions are live and interactive, never recorded. Participants can ask questions and practise hands-on.

Can I combine courses into a program?

Yes. The AI Skills Program combines all modules into a 5-week program. You can also start with individual courses and scale up later. We'll credit previously completed modules.
