For teams who have completed the Copilot Fundamentals and want to capture a recurring task in an agent of their own. You build the agent on a task from your own work and make agreements on testing, adjusting, and management.

Not every task calls for an agent. You first learn to recognize when prompting is enough and when an agent genuinely adds value. Then you build an agent yourself, starting from clear instructions and a knowledge source of your own.
Testing, adjusting and sharing
You test the agent using your own work as practice material, adjust it for quality and build in the right check-in points. Finally, you make the agent available to colleagues and agree on how it’s managed, so it stays usable and maintained after the training.
What you take away
By the end you have a working Copilot agent built on a task from your own work. You know when an agent does or doesn’t add value, and you have agreements in place on testing, adjusting, check-in points, sharing and management with your team.
