“Not which tool you should use, but what result you want.”
Casimir spent eighteen years in digital strategy before AI turned his field upside down. He taught as Professor of Branding & Digital Strategy at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where he saw firsthand how wide the gap is between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. Closing that gap became Copilot Academy.
In his sessions, Casimir always starts with one question: what are you trying to get done? Not which tool to use, but what result you're after. Participants build their own AI workspace with prompts and context documents they can put to work right away.
He also writes for the Knowledge Base on prompt engineering, context management, and AI proficiency. His most-read article, on the TCRF framework, has become a standard reference across the training programs.

“The training opened our eyes to what AI can actually do. We know where to start now. Working with context documents made an immediate difference.”
