Robert spent ten years designing and delivering training programs before co-founding Copilot Academy. He's since trained 2,500+ professionals across more than 100 organizations.
He developed the AI Skills Program, a four-phase approach that starts with AI understanding and ends with independent application. The core principle: people don't learn AI by reading about it, but by applying it to their own work. Every exercise uses real documents from the participants themselves.
At BNG Bank, Robert led a program for 400 employees. At Schiphol and VodafoneZiggo, he worked with teams that deal with data and reporting every day. The common thread: Robert always starts with the work process, not the tool.
